Most of our customers are referrals from architects, designers or previous customer's.  Our

approach for the best way to serve each new customer will not vary.  The results, however, will

vary significantly according to each customer's needs.

The first step is our design phase, where we determine these needs.  If you already have plans

and drawings, we will work with you and your architect in whatever capacity is necessary to move

your project towards completion.  If you do not have plans or designs we will start at square

one.  In creating your plans you may work with one of our seasoned in-house design team members,

or you may choose to work with one of a select group of highly skilled and talented architects

that we have worked with in the past.  At the end of the design phase we will have created a full

set of custom building plans, and we will have calculated a budget that fits within your desired

financial commitment.

We then move into the production phase.  In this phase you will be introducted to key staff

members who have the proper information and the skills to ensure the projects stays on

schedule.  We do this by performing detail planning that allows us to anticipate problems before

they happen.  This phase is perhaps the most important and difficult of your remodeling

experience.  We will be in your home while you are trying to carry on with your day-to-day life,

and desired progress may not always be apparent.  That is why we have spent years in continuous

process improvement, finding what works and making it better.  You have entrusted us to work in

the place where you live, and every member of our team understands this is not just a work site,

it is your home.

After all the work is complete, should any issue arise, you will find the same commitment to

prompt service and attention as practiced in the design and production phase of your project. 

We will provide whatever remedy is necessary to expeditiously resolve the problem to your

complete satisfaction.
